Dear Mr. Kapdawalla, We certainly agree with you that it is inconvenient to run a home without a washing machine. For that reason, we have lost no time in investigating the the source of the trouble in your machine. Just mail the enclosed postcard today, authorising us to proceed with the repairs. We return your machine on Saturday.
